Fort Lauderdale will soon host a highly curated leadership experience designed to move beyond traditional conference models. The 2026 Inclusion & Impact Summit, taking place March 4–5, convenes executive leaders, innovators, and culture shapers for an immersive experience focused on strategic influence, inner alignment, and meaningful leadership transformation.
Intentionally designed as a values-driven gathering, the summit challenges attendees to examine how they show up—for themselves, their organizations, and their communities. The experience centers on cultivating inner clarity and equipping leaders with practical tools to navigate internal barriers—such as imposter syndrome and self-doubt—amid the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity that defines the twenty-first-century business landscape.
“As we elevate ourselves, we naturally and organically elevate our work, deepen our impact, and increase our influence,” said founder Esu Ma’at.

Hosted in an intimate, thoughtfully selected mansion-style venue, the summit offers a refined, psychologically safe environment where forward-looking dialogue replaces traditional conversations centered on best practices, benchmarks, and surface-level trends. Every element of the experience supports reflection, meaningful dialogue, and authentic connection—allowing leaders to recalibrate from within at the intersection of passion and purpose.
Rather than relying on keynote-heavy programming, the summit features reflective sessions, guided conversations, and experiential learning designed to inspire and drive sustained growth. Each session is intentionally crafted to strengthen executive presence, sharpen decision-making, and translate inner alignment into strategic influence.
“The Inclusion & Impact Summit invites leaders to reconnect with both who they are and how they lead,” said Sam Ghanem, CMO and Brand Director. “It bridges internal clarity with real-world influence in a way that is both practical and transformational.”
Over two days, the summit convenes a select group of leaders committed to evolving how leadership is practiced—moving beyond performative approaches toward leadership that is grounded, intentional, and consequential. Attendees leave not only energized, but equipped with a renewed sense of clarity, conviction grounded in values, and a deep sense of internal alignment that enables authentic, effective, and enduring leadership.
