Overnight Oats by Megan Harris

The Recipe

Overnight Oats are one of the best, easiest meals to have for breakfast–or any time of day, really! All it takes is 5-minutes of prep to set yourself up for healthy meals all week long.

The Basic Recipe:

1-cup Milk (or liquid of choice)
1/2-cup Oats
1-TBSP chia seeds

Mix well into a mason jar. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or up to 5-hours).

Some of my favorite combos:

Chocolate Banana:
Add sliced bananas, one scoop of chocolate protein powder and cacao nibs

PB&J:
Add sliced strawberries and scoop of almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

Caramel Apple:
Add diced apples, unsweetened coconut flakes and scoop of almond butter (or nut butter of choice)

All ingredients can be found at your local grocery store. I love Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods.
